February 23
“O Lord, our Lord, your greatness is seen in all the world! Your praise reaches up to the heavens: it is sung by children and babies.” Psalm 8:1, 2 Principals Corner
I like to hear the prayers of children; they are so simple and come from the heart. I would like to share some with you this week and ask you if you have the same type of faith that children have.
“Dear God, in school they told us what You do. Who does it when you’re on vacation?” -Jane.

“Dear God, did You mean for the giraffe to look like that, or was it an accident?” -Annie.
“Dear God, instead of letting people die and having to make new ones, why don’t You keep the ones you have now?” -Jane.
“Dear God, the bad people laughed at Noah, but he stuck by You. That’s what I would do.” -Neil.
“Dear God, thank You for my baby brother, but what I prayed for was a puppy.” -Mikey.
“Dear God, I read Thomas Edison invented light. In the Bible it says You did. I bet he stole the idea from You.” -Kurt.
“Dear God, I think about You sometimes, even when I’m not praying” -Ali.
God loves the prayers of His children no matter how young or old we are. No prayer we pray is too trivial any thought too unimportant. He always loves to hear from us.
