“The eyes of the Lord are in every place,

beholding the evil and the good”

Proverbs 15:3

Principal’s Corner
If you could fly, how would your world look if the trees were different colors in stead of a blur of greens?  While you’re zooming high in the sky, you spot favorite apple trees.  You swoop down and pick your fill.
There are people at NASA space center working on just such a project.  Not so astronauts can more easily identify their favorite gala apple, but to find ways to solve earth-bound problems.
From Landsat satellites scientists can see the entire earth surface.  To make these images from space better, thy built a special spacecraft, Earth Observing-1 (EO-1), that tests an instrument called Hyperion, which is so sensitive it can clearly see the difference between one tree and another from outer space.
Besides sorting out trees, it can report land changing, farmland and rain forests shrinking, rivers flooding, wild fires burning, volcanoes erupting.  All of this from outer space! Our technological eyes help us understand and take better care of our planet.
Remarkable until you recall what god sees from His outer space vantage point.  He sees you and me, right down to our growing fingernails-and He loves us still.  What love!!!!
What a grand time we all had sledding on Wednesday afternoon. The weather was just right. Thank you to Amber Weber for helping drive the sleds to the sledding hill by HP.
